Job summary

State Street in Massachusetts is seeking a senior professional to lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of Fixed Income Index portfolio management workflows across front-office platforms and related applications.

You will partner with Portfolio Managers, Product Owners, and technology teams to translate business priorities into scalable solutions, ensuring governance over onboarding, entitlements, and access management, with a focus on data quality and operational resiliency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Significant Asset Management experience with Fixed Income Index expertise.
• Understanding of front-office investment workflows and supporting technology.
• Experience translating business needs into workflow solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management across investment, operations, and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of portfolio management workflows across onboarding, data management, identity, and access management.
• Drive workflow design across front-office platforms and internal applications.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality, scalability, and control effectiveness.
• Promote standardization and consistency across workflow domains.
