Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 8 years in financial services, fintech, or banking products.
• 5 years in product, project, or program management in financial services.
• Experience supporting strategic initiatives in regulated environments.
• Strong project management, planning, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive execution.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across PM, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Ops.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and dependency tracking.
• Maintain governance, documentation, and audit-ready records.
• Support adoption of approved AI tools while ensuring policy compliance.
