The Bancorp Bank is seeking a VP Solutions Architect to shape and deliver strategic initiatives within the FTS Product Management team. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• 8 years of experience in financial services, fintech, banking products, product management, strategic initiatives, or related business functions.
• 5 years of product management, project management, program management, or solutions delivery experience in a financial services environment.
• Experience supporting strategic initiatives, product launches, product enhancements, or partner program execution in a regulated environment.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, dependency management, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder communication.
• Demonstrated ability to influence organizational change, align cross-functional teams, and drive execution against a strategic agenda.
• Working knowledge of bank risk management frameworks and cross-functional stakeholder roles, including Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Technology.
• Solid understanding of product development lifecycles, governance processes, implementation practices, and operational controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into practical, actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage audiences at all levels and present complex topics clearly.
• Ability to operate independently in a self-managed team environment while maintaining strong collaboration across teams.
• Occasional travel required.
• Demonstrates strong motivation, accountability and resilience in pursuing goals, delivering high-quality results and continuously improving performance.

Responsibilities

• Design practical, scalable solutions that support product management priorities and partner program needs.
• Evaluate initiative scope, business impact, risks, and complexity to support informed decisions.
• Partner with Product Management leadership to align initiatives with organizational priorities.
• Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives across multiple functions.
• Develop project plans, timelines, action items, and dependency tracking for timely delivery.
• Track decisions, risks, issues, and deliverables to ensure accountability across workstreams.
• Facilitate meetings and status updates to maintain momentum and drive decisions.
• Build alignment among stakeholders by clarifying objectives, roles, and timelines.
• Influence teams to adopt new processes and execute against shared goals.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to senior leaders and partner-facing teams.
• Support governance, risk, and compliance coordination and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Create and maintain product documentation, governance artifacts, and implementation records.
• Maintain centralized documentation and knowledge repositories (SharePoint) for audit readiness.
• Prepare materials that explain scope, risks, decisions, and dependencies to stakeholders.
