Job summary

Wealth Enhancement Group invites a VP Financial Advisor to join our Milwaukee advisory team. The role centers on managing UHNW client relationships, delivering comprehensive planning, and exceeding client expectations.

You will lead the planning process, conduct annual reviews, collaborate with specialists, and mentor staff while adhering to our corporate communications strategy and compliance standards. This position offers the opportunity to drive new business through referrals and network

Qualifications

  • Requires a 4-year degree (business, finance, economics preferred).
  • Advanced designation required (CFP, CPA, MBA, etc.).
  • Series 65 license (required for RIA).
  • Insurance licences.
  • Substantial experience within the wealth management industry.
  • Ability to source and convert prospects to clients and provide high‑level planning-oriented service.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills (oral & written).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Active engagement in WEG, the broader community, and the financial planning community.
