Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Vice President of Finance Optimization to lead the transformation of our finance organization, unifying systems, planning, and data governance across the enterprise.

You will own the roadmap, partner with DDAT, drive adoption of SAP ERP and Anaplan, and ensure timely, data-driven decision making through clear change management.

Open to remote work with travel as needed to collaborate with executives and BU leaders.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive Finance leadership experience.
• Deep working knowledge of planning, forecasting, close, and reporting processes.
• Proven ability to influence and align senior executives without direct authority.
• Experience supporting CFO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board-level decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the Finance optimization roadmap and delivery plan with clear timelines and ROI.
• Define a standard process to support Enterprise forecasting and planning.
• Ensure timely, sound decision-making across the Enterprise.
