Job summary

CVS Health is pursuing a senior leader to transform Finance across the organization, unifying ERP and planning platforms, and enabling data-driven decision making. The role partners with DDAT and Finance leadership to deliver a simplified, governed data architecture and standardized planning processes.

The candidate will guide enterprise-wide forecasting, collaborate with BU Finance, and lead a high-performing optimization team through change management initiatives.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive Finance leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of planning, forecasting, close, and reporting processes and underlying data architecture.
• Proven ability to influence and align senior executives and Business Unit CFOs without direct authority.
• Experience supporting CFO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board-level decision making.

Responsibilities

• Owns the Finance business capability roadmap and co-owns the integrated delivery plan with DDAT.
• Supports DDAT in the delivery of core Finance platforms (SAP for ERP, Anaplan for planning).
• Develop robust communication and change management plans to support adoption of new technologies and processes.
• Own the financial data domain, data quality, chart of accounts and master data stewardship.
• Partner with Controllership, Treasury, and FP&A leadership to ensure Enterprise standards.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Finance Optimization team.
