Job summary

CVS Health seeks a strategic leader to head Finance Optimization, aligning the finance roadmap with Enterprise forecasting and planning. You will influence senior executives, partner with Controllership, Treasury, and FP&A, and drive adoption of key platforms.

The role requires deep finance expertise, change leadership, and a track record of delivering complex transformational programs across large organizations.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive Finance leadership experience.
• Deep working knowledge of planning, forecasting, close, and reporting processes.
• Proven ability to influence and align senior executives and Business Unit CFOs without direct authority.
• Experience supporting CFO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board-level decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the Finance optimization roadmap and ensure ROI and budget alignment.
• Collaborate with DDAT to deliver core Finance platforms (SAP, Anaplan) and drive adoption.
• Lead data governance, standard forecasting processes, and enterprise planning guidance.
• Serve as senior liaison to Executive Leadership Team and BU CFOs.
• Build and develop a high-performing Finance Optimization team.
