Ares Management LLC is seeking a Vice President of Finance Technology to own the strategy, roadmap, and user experience for the Financial Planning Platform. You will collaborate with FP&A, Fund Accounting, Finance leadership, and investment teams to translate business needs into scalable model designs, workflows, and reporting.

This hands-on role requires strong judgment, credibility, and partner engagement with senior leaders.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in product or technology leadership, enterprise applications, or related roles in a controlled environment.
• Experience owning an enterprise product or platform from strategy through delivery, adoption, support, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work with forecasting, budgeting, scenario modeling, and driver-based planning models, including assumptions and calculations.
• Exceptional relationship-building with finance leaders, technology teams, front-office stakeholders, and senior executives.
• Strong executive communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

• Own the platform roadmap, forecasting, budgeting, scenario planning, workforce planning, and performance management.
• Partner with FP&A, Fund Accounting, Finance leadership, and investment teams to understand drivers and outcomes.
