Job summary

Ares Management LLC is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate for the Credit FP&A team. This role, based in key markets, focuses on building fund models, forecasting, automation, and data analytics in a fast-paced finance environment.

You will partner with technology and investment teams to drive AI-enabled data solutions, while leading FP&A initiatives across multiple funds and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field such as Finance, Accounting, Financial Engineering, Data Science or Economics.
• MBA or Graduate Degree is a plus but not required.
• CFA and/or CPA license is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain fund projection models for various funds including BDCs and Interval Funds.
• Assist with scenario and sensitivity analyses and ad hoc requests for senior management.
• Lead automation initiatives using enterprise modeling software with AI/data tech integration.
• Support implementation of new systems, data collection, testing and roll-out.
• Coordinate with fund accounting, investor relations, portfolio management and operations to gather inputs.
• Prepare data requests and presentations for lenders, investors and rating agencies.
• Create data-driven dashboards and reports to drive actionable insights.
