Ares Management Corporation in Los Angeles seeks a Vice President of Finance Technology to own the Financial Planning Platform strategy, roadmap, and delivery. You will partner with FP&A, Fund Accounting, and finance leadership to shape forecasting, scenario modeling, and decision support for senior leaders.

In this hands-on role, you will manage data, formulas, and reporting, while guiding platform adoption, performance insights, and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product or technology leadership, product management, or related roles in Finance Technology.
• Experience owning an enterprise platform from strategy through delivery, adoption and optimization.
• Ability to work with forecasting, budgeting, scenario modeling and driver-based planning.
• Excellent executive communication, storytelling and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Own the platform vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities and backlog.
• Partner with FP&A, Fund Accounting, Finance leadership and investment teams to align on drivers and outcomes.
• Translate business needs into scalable model designs, workflows and user experiences.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with data engineering, reporting, and delivery teams.
