Quorum is seeking a Controller in the United States to oversee accounting, financial reporting, planning, treasury, and control functions. This role delivers IFRS-compliant reporting, risk management, and insightful analysis to support growth and strategic objectives.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, partnering with leaders to assess performance and investments while driving strong internal controls and timely financial statements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee cash management, liquidity planning, and short- and long-term cash flow forecasting.
• Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and treasury operations.
• Optimize working capital across AR, AP, and other balance sheet items.
• Ensure effective controls and visibility over cash and funding positions.
• Lead corporate tax compliance and planning activities.
• Oversee SR&ED claims and related documentation and filings.
• Identify and implement tax planning opportunities in compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Provide timely, accurate financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Partner with business leaders to assess performance, investments, and initiatives.
• Monitor financial risks and variances, providing recommendations to management.
• Lead and support ad hoc strategic projects, including M&A activities and integration.
• Partner cross-functionally on due diligence, financial analysis, and integration planning.
• Ensure timely preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Deliver management and consolidation reporting; support portfolio roll-up reporting.
• Maintain strong internal controls and IFRS-compliant policies.
• Manage the external audit process and related deliverables.
• Continuously improve reporting processes, systems, and data quality.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team; set objectives and accountability.
• Build scalable financial processes to support growth; foster professionalism and accuracy.
