You will ensure the integrity of financial reporting, oversee internal and external reporting requirements, and guide the accounting staff toward improved efficiency and results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities: AP/AR, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure integrity of financial reporting system and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Manage accounting department functions and staff; provide management direction to accounting team.
• Collaborate with CFO to oversee organization-wide accounting and financial operations.
