AACSB International seeks a strategic Vice President of Finance and Controller to oversee accounting and finance operations for U.S. and international entities. You will ensure accurate, timely close, implement strong internal controls, and provide executive leadership with clear financial insights.

You will report to the EVP and guide budgeting, forecasting, audits, and executive-level reporting. A hybrid work environment, CPA, and 10+ years of relevant experience are key requirements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Active CPA in good standing or comparable international qualification.
• 10+ years in finance, with 5+ years leading teams.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and monthly close.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Finance and Accounting team, set priorities, and ensure proper staffing.
• Own general ledger accuracy and month/quarter/annual close per U.S. GAAP.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Manage treasury, cash management, payroll, payables, receivables, and revenue processing.
• Coordinate annual audits and Form 990 filings; interface with auditors.
• Maintain internal controls and policy compliance; escalate material risks.
• Prepare financial statements and analyses for EVP and Board leadership.
• Improve financial systems, automation, and data governance.
• Perform other duties aligned with accountability scope.
