Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience including leadership.
• Background in asset management, private equity, or financial services.
• Experience overseeing corporate accounting and finance functions at a corporate level.
• Advanced knowledge of U.S. GAAP, tax basis accounting, and consolidated reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership and oversight of corporate accounting and financial reporting for the organization.
• Oversee preparation, accuracy, and timely delivery of consolidated and standalone financial statements.
• Manage accounting activities for corporate entities and investment portfolios.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate accounting for balance sheet investments.
• Coordinate external reporting, audit processes, and regulatory filings.
• Lead finance transformation, process improvements, and technology initiatives.
• Develop high-performing teams and collaborate with senior executives across regions.
