Job summary

GTI Fabrication is launching a new Service & Field Operations unit to deliver on-site installation, maintenance, repair, and field support across equipment lines. The VP will own strategy, GTM execution, scale, and full P&L accountability for this unit in a 0-to-1 startup leadership capacity.

The role partners with executive leadership to transform service delivery into a high-margin, scalable growth engine and a core differentiator for GTI.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in field service or aftermarket operations.
• 5+ years in an executive leadership role with P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record launching or scaling a service line to profitability.
• Deep expertise in field service execution, spare parts logistics, pricing, and SLA architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define market demand, GTM strategy, and service P&L ownership.
• Build an in‑house field delivery model with playbooks, dispatch, and parts logistics.
• Establish regional service centers and mobile units to scale operations.
• Recruit and develop a high‑performing field team across roles.
• Implement FSM, CRM, and ERP integrations to enable data‑driven decisions.
• Define KPIs and drive customer satisfaction with rapid response and quality.
