Job summary

GTI Fabrication, a contract manufacturer, seeks a Plant Manager to lead cross-functional production across fabrication, welding, assembly, electrical integration and paint in a large-scale environment. You will manage a senior leadership team and drive throughput, quality, safety, and on-time delivery while optimizing a $100M+ P&L.

The role requires 10–15+ years in manufacturing leadership, a strong Lean/Six Sigma background, and experience in engineered-to-order production within contract

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of manufacturing leadership experience (Plant/Operations/Manufacturing Manager).
• Experience in contract manufacturing and large-scale P&L ($100M+).
• Strong lean, Six Sigma, CI background with measurable impact.
• Experience managing KPIs: throughput, on-time delivery, safety, quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-site manufacturing operations across fabrication, welding, assembly, electrical integration and paint.
• Oversee multiple managers and supervisors; ensure high-mix, engineered-to-order execution.
• Drive production schedules, BOM alignment, and capacity planning across departments.
• Scale operations for growth, capacity expansions, and facility performance.
• Own ISO9001 quality systems and safety programs with measurable KPIs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and Program Management.
