MasTec Renewables is seeking a Vice President of Field Equipment Operations to oversee the Renewables Equipment division, focusing on strategic direction, operations, and lifecycle management of heavy and light equipment assets. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, construction management, finance, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree in finance preferred.
• CEM or CESP certifications preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in construction equipment management, including utilization, procurement, and maintenance from the owner side.
• 5+ years in executive leadership at a construction company with revenues of $500 MM+.
• Experience with equipment-related technology and innovation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership and planning to align equipment strategy with market sector goals.
• Oversee ROI assessment of equipment investments and lifecycle strategies.
• Lead modernization and optimization of the equipment fleet with new technologies.
• Establish and enforce service, maintenance, and deployment protocols.
• Manage equipment records, performance reviews, and compliance.
• Oversee budgets, procurement strategies, and financing for major equipment.
