Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction experience in large industrial projects/renewables
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the solar construction division's strategy, execution and profitability.
• Lead safety, performance, and client satisfaction across projects.
• Hire, train and mentor division staff; manage subcontractors and vendors.
