Job summary

MasTec Industrial seeks a Vice President of Construction to drive safe, profitable project execution across major power and energy infrastructure programs. You will lead operations, develop leaders, and push continuous improvement while aligning with client success and strategic plans.

Travel up to 50% is expected; you will report to senior leadership, manage multiple Project Managers and Field Superintendents, and shape the future of the business unit through strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related major or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 15 years of construction industry experience and knowledge of construction techniques, estimating and construction management.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and financial management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Champion MasTec beliefs and lead cross-divisional activities.
• Oversee pre-construction activities from client introductions to final executive reviews.
• Hire, train, mentor, evaluate, and retain project teams; ensure safety and quality.
