• Coordinate with National Field Support for efficient work distribution (quota & routing).
• Forecast in-house and contractor resources to meet demand.
• Partner with business units on field service initiatives, including large projects for business customers.
• Oversee regional relationships with field service vendors for resource availability and performance.
• Lead Environmental Health and Safety for the region.
• Manage regional field service budget (capex and opex).
• Select, develop and retain exceptional talent at all levels.
