This senior role is based in Hudson, OH, with frequent travel across Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota and parts of Pennsylvania. The VP Field Service leads installation and repair service for residential and business customers, oversees regional budget and safety, coordinates with vendors and field teams, and develops top talent to meet service commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience in cable/communication business (10+ years), budget management (8+ years), senior management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or related field; experience includes managing customer fulfillment.
• Track record in field leadership with ability to motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure region meets Spectrum customer commitments (same-day service, two-hour appointments, first-visit resolution).
• Coordinate with National Field Support to route work efficiently to Field Technicians.
• Forecast in-house and contractor resources to meet demand.
• Develop and execute field service initiatives for large-scale business deployments.
• Oversee relationships with field service vendors for resource availability and performance.
• Lead Environmental Health and Safety for the region.
• Monitor Field Service metrics and drive improvement actions.
• Develop regional Field Service budget managing capex and opex.
• Recruit, develop and retain talent across all levels.
