Job summary

Pathward, National Association is seeking a senior leader to drive growth in the prepaid card business. You will develop and execute key growth strategies, form partnerships with financial institutions, and manage relationships to meet strategic goals.

You will lead a team of sales and relationship professionals, forecast opportunities, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Client Success to improve offerings. Budget planning and KPI oversight are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years' experience in banking, card issuing, fintech or similar; prepaid/gift cards preferred.
• Ability to influence at all levels including C-suite.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales, relationship management, and retention strategies to drive growth.
• Oversee a team of sales & relationship professionals; establish KPIs and objectives.
• Accurately forecast future sales and retention opportunities via pipeline analytics.
• Report progress toward sales and retention goals to senior management.
• Represent Pathward at industry events and in campaigns to attract clients and agents.
• Lead lead acquisition and Sales Agent strategies with Marketing.
• Negotiate contracts aligned with Legal direction.
• Participate in budget planning and monthly reviews.
• Collaborate with product, Client Success, Marketing to improve offerings.
• Provide coaching and staff development.
