Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Capital Markets Operations, with a focus on U.S. Treasury settlements and repo financing.
Proven leadership of teams in high-volume, high-risk environments.
Strong knowledge of Fedwire, tri-party platforms, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Fed and Tri-Party settlements, including Fedwire Securities, Fedwire Funds, and tri-party repo platforms.
Oversee collateral allocation, substitutions, and intraday liquidity coordination.
Partner with Treasury, Risk, and Technology to manage risk, control governance, and regulatory readiness.
Drive process improvements, automation, and stakeholder engagement across Rates, Repo, and Sec Financing desks.
