Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions is seeking a Director of Fed Settlements in Newark, NJ. You will lead the Fedwire Settlements team, drive automation initiatives, and oversee multiple levels of management to ensure exemplary client service during rapid growth.

Reporting to the Head of Domestic Settlements, you will develop strategies, mentor talent, and manage revenue targets while coordinating with HR, IT and Finance for system and project needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree/equivalent experience.
• Series 99 preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outsourced operational/transactional business process support for clients, ensuring quality service and performance.
• Lead and supervise Fedwire Settlements functions and related processes for a U.S. team with global offshore resources.
• Oversee direct managers/supervisors, team leads, and associates in the Fedwire Settlements area.
• Coach and mentor staff, conduct performance reviews, and manage salary and bonus budgets.
