A leading financial services organization in New York seeks a senior operations professional to oversee settlement activities for U.S. Treasury and secured financing businesses.

You will manage teams responsible for post-trade processing, cash movements, collateral activity, and intraday settlement risk across client and tri-party infrastructure. The role requires 8+ years in Capital Markets Operations with deep Treasury and repo knowledge, and hands-on experience with Fedwire systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in capital markets operations or a related field.
• Strong background in U.S. Treasury settlements and repo/secured financing.
• Hands-on knowledge of Fedwire Securities and Fedwire Funds systems.
• Experience leading large teams and driving process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Provide senior leadership for Treasury, repo, and secured financing settlement activity.
• Establish scalable operating models to support growth in volumes.
• Oversee settlement processes, including delivery, cash settlement, and exceptions.
• Coordinate intraday cash and funding requirements with internal partners.
• Monitor activity, resolve fails, breaks, and time-sensitive exceptions.
• Maintain controls around high-value settlement flows and operational risk.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Serve as a point of contact for audits and regulatory examinations.
• Identify opportunities to improve controls, automation, and settlement infrastructure.
