Berkadia is seeking a VP of Servicing Treasury & Cash Management Operations to lead cash activity, banking relationships, and system integrations across loan servicing.

You will oversee bank accounts, cash management structures, and compliance, driving automation, controls, and operational resilience with cross‑functional teams.

This role partners with Legal, Audit, and Technology to ensure regulatory alignment, accurate reporting, and timely responses to investor and borrower needs.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with banking partners, Legal, Audit, and internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and servicing requirements.
• Oversee opening, modification, and closure of bank accounts with appropriate access and controls.
• Monitor bank ratings and ensure accounts are held with approved institutions and adhere to governing agreements.
• Support audits, regulatory reviews, and investor inquiries with documentation and explanations of banking activity and controls.
• Lead technology enhancements and automation initiatives across cash management, banking, and reconciliation teams.
