Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business execution, program delivery, product delivery, Treasury, Finance, Operations, Data Management, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives in large-scale financial services organizations.
• Strong understanding of governance, controls, data management, and business process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic delivery and business execution for Treasury Group priorities and initiatives.
• Drive planning, prioritization, dependency management, risk mitigation, and delivery governance across workstreams.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and stakeholders to translate objectives into actionable plans and measurable results.
• Establish transparency through executive reporting, metrics, issue management, and progress tracking.
• Serve as a trusted partner to Treasury leadership and key stakeholders to inform decisions and drive alignment.
• Lead ad hoc cross-functional initiatives and governance forums to support regulatory and strategic aims.
