Job summary

Stratus is seeking a visionary Vice President, Exterior Signage to guide a core business area. You will lead Account Management and Project Management, shaping customer experience, execution excellence, and financial performance while developing high-performing teams.

You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Manufacturing and Finance to drive growth and strengthen executive relationships. You will balance strategy with execution, set direction, and enable teams with clear goals, resources,

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success owning revenue, profitability and forecasting within a complex project-based business.
• Experience leading leaders and multi-level teams with strong executive presence.
• Ability to translate data into practical action and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and operating priorities for Exterior Signage with measurable outcomes.
• Lead Account Management and Project Management teams and develop leaders.
• Own performance across revenue, margins, profitability, forecasting, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee delivery of complex programs, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk.
• Strengthen executive relationships and identify opportunities for retention and growth.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success on strategy, opportunities, and transitions.
• Use data to evaluate performance and provide updates to executive leadership.
• Drive operational excellence through standardized processes and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Finance, Quality and other teams to improve execution.
• Lead talent planning, recruiting, coaching, and development of future leaders.
