Stratus, a market leader in brand implementation and maintenance, seeks a Vice President, Exterior Signage, to lead a core business area and shape how we deliver for customers, develop teams, and grow the business.

You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Manufacturing, Finance, and executive leadership to strengthen relationships, improve operations, and drive profitable growth while guiding strategy and ensuring teams have the resources to execute.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• Experience leading leaders and multi-level teams.
• Strong executive presence and customer relationship skills.
• Proven ability to coach and retain high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and operating priorities for Exterior Signage; translate goals into plans and measurable outcomes.
• Lead and develop Account Management, Project Management, and leaders; foster accountability and collaboration.
• Own revenue, profitability, forecasting, and customer outcomes; drive performance across the function.
• Oversee delivery of complex customer programs, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and expectations.
• Build executive-level customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
