Job summary

Stratus in Texas is seeking a Project Manager to join our signage operations. You will support the Account Manager by developing and implementing comprehensive project plans for sign design, manufacturing and installation, while meeting budget and gross margin targets.

You will collaborate with Art, Engineering, Manufacturing and Production Control, manage subcontractors, negotiate pricing, oversee installation quality, and prepare final billing packages for approval.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience in relevant fields.
• 1-3 years of project management experience in a multi-state or regional environment.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Attend initial customer meetings with sales and Account Management to clarify requirements.
• Finalize drawings, product specs, timelines, and proposals after project award.
• Coordinate ERP data entry, billing procedures, and reporting with internal teams.
• Monitor accounts receivable and collaborate with Accounting/MIS as needed.
• Support management with additional duties to meet company objectives.
