Lincoln Financial seeks a VP, Expense Transformation to lead the Expense Efficiency Office, partnering with senior leaders to translate opportunities into actionable plans and measurable value realization. The role requires strategic oversight, governance, and a track record of delivering enterprise-scale efficiency programs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in Expense Mgmt/Transformation aligned to responsibilities.
• 5+ years senior management experience in a large complex organization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience leading large scale transformation with multiple workstreams.
• Strong strategic, financial and analytical capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and drive results through influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Expense Efficiency Office and oversee multiple initiatives to meet financial outcomes.
• Direct and develop a team of PMO, Workstream Leads, and financial analysts.
• Partner with senior leaders to convert opportunities into executable roadmaps and business cases.
• Establish and maintain a portfolio management framework with milestones and risks.
• Drive alignment across workstreams and escalate critical risks as needed.
• Provide updates to executive governance forums and strategic recommendations.
• Develop framework for evaluating and reinvesting savings generated.
• Scale the ETO office with evolving operating models and governance processes.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders on initiative planning and change management.
