Job summary

Ares Management is seeking a VP to lead HR transformation initiatives across the HR function, driving change management, process design, and strategic delivery. You will partner with HR, HRIS, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to translate priorities into actionable, integrated plans.

The role requires a structured yet adaptable leader who can connect strategy to execution, influence stakeholders, and apply systems thinking to deliver scalable HR outcomes in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

10-12+ years in HR transformation, consulting, or program delivery roles.
Demonstrated experience leading change management, process design, and transformation delivery in complex organizations.
Experience with operating model design, service delivery transformation, or AI-enabled HR improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead HR transformation initiatives from planning and design through implementation, ensuring delivery against objectives and timelines.
Partner with HR functional leads, HRIS, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders to translate priorities into actionable plans.
Assess upstream and downstream impacts across HR processes, systems, data, roles, and stakeholder groups to ensure integrated outcomes.
Apply structured change management methodologies to drive adoption of new processes and tools.
