• 5+ years of experience in business management, program management, or related leadership roles within financial services, automotive, technology, mobility or a matrixed corporate environment.
• Demonstrated ability to operate at a vice president level, advising senior leaders and driving outcomes in a complex matrix.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional, multi-workstream initiatives with strong governance and executive reporting.

• Serve as a senior advisor to the GM, shaping the operating agenda and strategic narrative for EV Brand partnerships.
• Anticipate decision points and risks; provide structured recommendations and executive-ready insights.
• Own the business management operating model for the EV portfolio (meeting cadence, governance routines, talent reviews).
• Drive disciplined follow-through across commitments, milestones, and deliverables; manage trade-offs to protect outcomes.
• Coordinate with EV Operations to ensure accountability and timelines across Product, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Technology, Marketing, Finance, and partner-facing teams.
• Translate strategy into executable roadmaps with clear owners and measurable success criteria.
• Develop and manage executive communications, including presentations and QBR materials.
