Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned leader to head the Infrastructure & Capital Projects Americas Financial Systems team. You will own the strategy, governance, and performance of ERP platforms, including Deltek Vantagepoint, ensuring secure, scalable, and user-friendly financial systems.

You will coordinate with Deltek and cross-functional partners, drive the systems roadmap, oversee architecture and integrations with HCM, payroll, treasury, and ATS, and champion AI usage within ERP while

Qualifications

Minimum 20 years’ experience managing ERP systems—Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision.
Experience in system analysis, support, and security.
Proven track record in enterprise-scale financial systems implementations.

Responsibilities

Lead the Infrastrucure & Capital Projects Americas Financial Systems team, owning ERP strategy, performance, and governance.
Ensure effective management, integration, and optimization of financial systems for security and scalability.
Primary contact for ERP support, vendor coordination, and strategic partnerships with Deltek.
Define and execute the financial systems roadmap balancing needs, innovation, compliance, and growth.
Maintain Deltek Vantagepoint architecture and integrations with HCM, ATS, treasury, payroll.
Oversee AI usage within ERP and data from financial systems while ensuring security.
