Responsibilities

• Act as liaison to Front Office Sales/Trading to grow Asia business.
• Drive operating model evolution and partner on system enhancements.
• Manage operational risk and participate in audits with control teams.
• Compile KPI/MIS/GRC data for leadership and stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering continuous improvement.
