Job summary

Citi's Prime Finance division seeks an Equities Delta One Middle Office Analyst. You will be at the centre of a specialist team supporting the Delta One and Synthetic Prime Brokerage Trading and Sales desks, delivering end-to-end operational service for equity derivatives including Portfolio Swaps and Participatory Notes.

This is a junior, high-impact role that offers exposure to the full trade lifecycle, deep product knowledge, and direct client interaction.

Qualifications

1-3 years in Middle Office/Prime Brokerage or Trade Support.
Understanding of trade lifecycle processes: capture, settlements, reconciliations, queries.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with risk awareness.
Clear communication with clients and management to maintain relationships.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Act as operational contact for Prime Brokerage clients and onboard new clients.
Manage end-to-end trade lifecycle for Equity Swaps and Participatory Notes, including settlements and queries.
Identify and resolve settlement issues; escalate when needed.
Monitor processing to detect errors, assess risk, and propose improvements.
Design and analyse operational reports to support management controls.
Collaborate with Front Office to support trade activity and grow Citi's Asia client base.
Ensure compliance with audit standards and regulatory requirements.
