Citi is hiring a Product Manager for Equities Electronic Trading at the Director level, based in Hong Kong. The role leads Product Management teams, shapes strategy, and manages budgets to advance product lines across markets.

The position requires extensive experience in product management, leadership and cross-functional collaboration, with a strong focus on client value propositions and market expansion. On-site requirement applies.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• 8-10+ years of managerial experience.
• Broad and diverse function experience in marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development and analytics.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
• Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset and collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Manage a team of Product Managers and/or multiple teams to achieve goals and conduct personnel duties.
• Oversee strategic program roadmap, development, launch and marketing to maximize product value.
• Supervise day-to-day product management for core products, prioritizing and removing obstacles.
• Drive client value propositions, pricing, segmentation and channel strategies to Citi clients.
• Coordinate product plans across countries/regions and align with broader strategy.
• Lead market research, develop product innovation roadmap and address product commoditization challenges.
• Direct and oversee all aspects of program life cycle management including market demands and technology trends.
• Monitor financial performance, revenue targets and expense management; identify opportunities and gaps.
• Develop and communicate business plans to approach the marketplace and manage client relationships.
• Collaborate with external partners to drive innovation and partnerships.
