Job summary

Evercore seeks a Senior Associate of Equities Technology, Data & Analytics to lead AI and data initiatives within the equities division. This hands-on role combines finance, applied AI, and analytics to transform trading and sales workflows.

The candidate will drive data platforms, AI adoption, and cross-functional collaboration, delivering scalable solutions and PoCs to showcase new opportunities across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics, data science, or banking experience.
• Proficiency in Python with ML model development experience.
• Deep familiarity with ML methods (forecasting, classification, NLP).
• Intellectual curiosity about AI in financial services and exploring new AI tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of data and analytics platforms extracting insights from financial, market, and other data.
• Drive adoption and integration of AI solutions, including LLMs, for sales and trading tools.
• Power analytical tools to strengthen decision-making and client engagement with data-driven insights.
• Manage cross-functional AI/data initiatives ensuring governance and policy alignment.
• Develop proofs-of-concept to showcase AI opportunities across the firm.
