Job summary

Evercore in New York is seeking an Experienced Analyst / Associate to join the Advisory Future State team to shape and scale the firm's AI capabilities across Investment Banking. The role sits at the intersection of AI strategy, product management, and workflow transformation to drive banker productivity and differentiated client insights.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or financial services.
• Interest in building AI-enabled workflows, prompts, agents, or automations using modern AI platforms.
• Self-starter with collaborative mindset, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve banker productivity and client insights with AI-enabled solutions.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and support pilot programs across Advisory.
• Translate business needs into scalable AI workflows and assets.
