Job summary

JPMorganChase & Co. in Jersey City is seeking a Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise video endpoints, broadcast and AVoIP capabilities within the Workplace Technology team.

You will define the product strategy, roadmap and backlog, translating customer and business needs into scalable solutions. You will collaborate with engineering, security and operations to ensure secure, reliable, production-ready products and drive governance, testing and lifecycle management

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology product management or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of the product development lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
• Experience delivering workplace collaboration, enterprise video and AVoIP capabilities.
• Ability to own roadmaps, backlogs and executive reporting.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with engineering, security and operations.

Responsibilities

• Develops and communicates the product vision, strategy, roadmap and measurable outcomes for workplace video endpoints, broadcast, event and AVoIP capabilities
• Translates customer, business and operational needs into epics, features and user stories with acceptance criteria
• Leads cross-functional delivery across engineering, operations, security, deployment, sourcing and vendor workstreams
• Owns product requirements for Cisco RoomOS endpoints operating with Zoom and managed through Control Hub
• Defines Day 1/Day 2 and future-state capabilities while managing risks and trade-offs
• Drives the MOSAIC integration, APIs, provisioning automation and telemetry
• Owns strategy and lifecycle for broadcast, live event and AVoIP platforms
• Establishes governance, testing and production-readiness requirements
• Ensures operational readiness through support models, runbooks and training
• Maintains product accountability for asset data quality and security remediation
• Manages product measures, executive reporting and stakeholder communications
