Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Product Manager within the Workplace Technology team to lead end-to-end development of enterprise video endpoints, broadcast, event and AVoIP platforms. You will shape the product strategy, roadmap and prioritized backlog, translating customer and business needs into scalable solutions.

You will oversee Cisco RoomOS endpoints managed through Control Hub and coordinate with engineering, security, deployment and vendor partners to deliver secure, production-ready

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in technology.
• Knowledge of the product development lifecycle, strategy and backlog prioritization.
• Experience delivering workplace video, conferencing, broadcast, event production or related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develops and communicates the product vision, strategy, roadmap and measurable outcomes for workplace video endpoints, broadcast, event and AVoIP capabilities.
• Translates customer and business needs into epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria for a prioritized backlog.
• Leads cross-functional delivery across engineering, operations, security, deployment, sourcing and vendor workstreams.
• Owns product requirements for Cisco RoomOS endpoints with Zoom and Control Hub integration, including configuration and firmware standards.
• Defines Day 1 and future-state capabilities while managing gaps, risks and trade-offs.
• Drives the MOSAIC integration roadmap, APIs, telemetry, monitoring and provisioning automation.
• Owns lifecycle for broadcast, live event and AVoIP platforms for studios and event spaces.
