Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering cybersecurity, IAM, PAM products with engineering teams.
• Formal training on product engineering concepts.
• Deep knowledge of PAM principles, controls, and least privilege.
• Hands-on PAM domains: just-in-time access, role-based access control, vaulting, secrets management.
• Experience defining product requirements for APIs and integrations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for PAM.
• Drive modernization of privileged access patterns to improve security and UX.
• Partner with engineering to translate needs into requirements and capabilities.
• Manage delivery plans, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
• Lead onboarding and change management to improve adoption of PAM services.
• Analyze adoption metrics and customer feedback to inform prioritization.
• Develop executive-ready reporting on adoption, health, progress, and outcomes.
• Ensure capabilities align with enterprise risk and control expectations.
