Job summary

Sonos seeks a global Vice President, Enterprise Acceleration (Infrastructure Technology) to reshape enterprise IT across ERP, data, security, and AI. You’ll lead a ~150-person organization, partner with the COO and executives, and drive automation, cost discipline, and robust security in a public company.

The role focuses on building a scalable AI-enabled tech foundation for commerce, customer care, supply chain, and finance, with a strong emphasis on measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise technology leadership at scale.
• Experience leading global distributed technology teams and senior leaders.
• Operationalizing AI, automation, and modernization to improve outcomes.
• Cybersecurity, SOX, SEC governance for a public company.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/e‑commerce and cloud data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global organization of ~150 across AI, data, infrastructure, and security.
• Set enterprise technology strategy with COO and C‑suite partners.
• Own enterprise applications including ERP/SAP, revenue, supply chain, finance, and DTC platforms.
• Drive AI-driven transformation and governance, enabling guardrails over gates.
• Oversee data strategy and Snowflake-based platforms.
• Modernize security posture and SOX/SEC readiness.
• Manage IT infrastructure, support desks, and collaboration tools.
• Oversee IT investment, budgeting, and vendor relationships.
• Measure IT impact via business outcomes like CSAT and revenue reliability.
