Job summary

Sonos is seeking a Vice President, Enterprise Acceleration (Infrastructure Technology) to lead the enterprise technology organization. You will reshape how IT operates, move toward AI-assisted workflows, and scale impact through automation across commerce, customer service, supply chain, finance, and revenue.

You will own enterprise applications, data platforms, and security programs, partnering with the COO and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise technology leadership experience.
• Experience leading global, distributed technology teams.
• Proven record operationalizing AI, automation, and technology modernization.
• Cybersecurity and risk fluency, including SOX/SEC governance.
• Strong command of ERP/CRM/revenue systems and cloud data platforms.
• Experience managing vendor, outsourcing, and BPO relationships.
• Executive communication that translates tech to business decisions.
• Bias toward measurable impact over process.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global organization of roughly 150 people across AI, applications, data, infrastructure, security, and architecture.
• Set and execute the enterprise technology strategy in direct partnership with the COO and senior leadership team.
• Own enterprise applications, including ERP/SAP, revenue systems, supply chain and finance systems, DTC e-commerce, and global contact center platform.
• Operationalize AI across the enterprise with cross-functional pods and enablement targets.
• Build the AI enablement and data foundation with governance and guardrails.
• Lead data strategy and engineering across customer, finance, and product data on a Snowflake-based platform.
• Modernize Sonos’ security posture and manage SOX/SEC obligations.
• Oversee IT infrastructure and operations, including global support and collaboration tools.
• Manage the IT investment portfolio and major vendor relationships.
• Measure IT impact through business outcomes like DTC conversion and CSAT.
