Sonos, Inc. hires a Vice President, Enterprise Acceleration (Infrastructure Technology) to lead its enterprise tech organization.

You will move IT from manual processes to AI-assisted workflows, strengthen security for a public company, and scale impact through automation across commerce, customer service, supply chain, finance, and revenue. You’ll partner with the COO and other senior leaders to define strategy, build governance, and steward a Snowflake-based data platform while delivering

Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise technology leadership across applications, data, infrastructure, and security.
• Experience leading global, distributed technology teams and senior leaders.
• Proven track record operationalizing AI, automation, and modernization for measurable outcomes.
• Cybersecurity and risk fluency, including SOX controls and public-company governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global org of ~150 across AI, data, infrastructure, security, and architecture.
• Define and execute enterprise tech strategy with the COO and senior leadership.
• Own ERP/SAP, revenue systems, supply chain and finance platforms.
• Operationalize AI with cross-functional pods and enablement targets.
• Build AI enablement and data foundation with governance and guardrails.
• Lead data strategy and Snowflake-based platforms for multiple domains.
• Advance security posture toward NIST maturity and SOX compliance.
• Oversee IT operations, help desk, and global infrastructure.
• Manage IT investment portfolio and major vendor/BPO relationships.
• Measure IT impact via business outcomes like CSAT and revenue reliability.
