Jobtailor seeks a seasoned M&A integration leader to guide IT integration across the full lifecycle, from diligence through execution. You will partner with senior executives, manage cross-functional teams, define KPIs, and drive technology rationalization across ERP, CRM, HRIS, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of consulting or relevant M&A experience.
• Proven success in Global M&A and large-scale IT integrations.
• Strong background in information technology and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and enterprise architecture.
• Ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across global organizations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and executive experience.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the execution of new M&A transactions across all phases of the M&A lifecycle
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on M&A integration activities
• Work with Senior Leaders to ensure alignment across the operating model and integration approach
• Define integration-related key performance indicators
• Drive technology rationalization and integration decisions across enterprise systems
• Support synergy realization tracking and integration value measurement
• Maintain a repeatable IT process framework and toolset
• Develop executive communications and governance reporting
