Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned Senior Product Leader to define the platform vision and multi-year roadmap, aligning with enterprise priorities. You will own end-to-end business processes for the platform and drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

You will serve as business product owner for supporting applications, oversee governance for prioritization and funding, and define KPIs to measure health and business outcomes while delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 14+ years of experience in product management, business process ownership, enterprise transformation, or related leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading agile product delivery and managing product roadmaps and backlogs.
• Strong knowledge of business process design, optimization, and enterprise technology platforms.
• Experience leading governance, prioritization, portfolio management, and funding processes.
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution while delivering measurable business value.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• Certifications such as SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) or CSPO.
• Experience managing enterprise software vendors and influencing product roadmaps.
• Professional services experience is highly preferred, especially in supporting business development, sales, client onboarding, engagement management, or service delivery platforms.
