WD seeks a visionary and commercially decisive Vice President of Product Management to lead the full lifecycle of our product portfolio—from strategic roadmap through market delivery and commercial execution. This is a high-impact enterprise leadership role at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and customer outcomes.

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this role drives Roadmap & Product Marketing, collaborates across R&D, Sales, Finance, and Operations, and shapes how WD

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees preferred with 15+ years in product/leadership in storage tech
• 3+ years at VP level or above with enterprise product management and commercial strategy
• Proven experience owning full product lifecycle and executive communication

Responsabilités

• Define and own multi-year roadmap across HDD/SSD and storage platforms
• Lead product marketing, GTM strategies, and competitive positioning
• Oversee demand planning, supply allocation, and long-term agreements (LTAs)
