WD is seeking a Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead the FP&A organization, set the strategic vision, and partner with the executive team to develop and optimize WD’s financial performance, plans, forecasts, and reporting.

The role requires deep financial expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence senior leaders across the company. The candidate will drive planning, budgeting, analytics, and performance reporting to support growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Finance/Accounting or related fields in tech.
• Strong analytical and business acumen with profitability focus.
• Proven record of process improvement and financial systems experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop short and long-term strategic financial plans and budgets.
• Forecast revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and capital needs.
• Provide rigorous financial analysis for major initiatives and investments.
• Translate strategy into actionable financial targets and resource allocation.
• Support quarterly earnings and reporting for external stakeholders.
