Job summary

The Bancorp Bank seeks a VP Enterprise Project Manager IV to lead delivery of its most complex technology and enterprise initiatives. You will own end-to-end execution, financial oversight, governance compliance, and measurable business outcomes, partnering with executives and cross-functional leaders.

You will drive roadmaps, budgets, ROI analyses, risk management, and stakeholder communications, while mentoring PMs and aligning with regulatory expectations. No travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technology or related field.
• 10+ years in progressive project/program management.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives in regulated environments.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities
